Once you have clicked on that link, you will see a box asking you
to activate the download. Click on "Save" and save it to your desktop or
a folder you can find easily when you need it.
Click the conference icon and the program will auto-install. Follow the short instructions
to agree to the installation. When it installs, the login prompt will look like
this:
To enter the Public Room place a letter "G" infront of your firstname to
let the members know you are a "Guest".
By doing this you will be treated with respect
and all the questions you have will be answered by those available.
The person with a blue highlighted name is the "Moderator" who should have most of the
answers you may need.
